Through exploring our individual connections with our body, mind, and spirit we obtain a greater awareness of the immense and limitless Being that we are now and will aways be. This basic understanding allows us to contribute to a building a more unified community that benefits everyone.

Holding the LIght
This Fall, 2011 issue is a collection of articles that covers fresh, holistic perspectives for whole living. These include healthy eating, sustainable housing, exploring the connection to our minds and hearts, along with reflecting on how to live compatibly with all creatures.
The fabric of life we have become accustomed to is being shaken by the roots. Everywhere we have the evidence that it's time to let go - it is time to release the "usual."
While I don't believe there is anything to fear - I do feel strongly that this moment is the perfect opportunity to stand tall in my conviction of always seeking the positive and the uplifting characteristics around me. There is so much to be thankful for, so much beauty to appreciate.
